Iris writes from Calgary, where everyday streets and prairie light shape the way she notices the world. Her travels now move at a gentler pace.

I'm Iris, weaver of words, teller of stories, and collector of memories. I've spent years as a writer, editor, and digital marketer, and I've been to 25+ countries and counting.

Early trips taught me to tick off sights. Later ones taught me to stay a little longer, to follow a side street, and to learn how a neighbourhood starts its morning. Those slower days became the stories I keep writing down.
